Cancellations

Under the Republic of Ireland's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods).

During the cooling-off period, you can cancel a distance contract without giving a reason and without incurring charges or penalties, other than possible charges incurred in returning the goods.

If you decide to cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods including the standard cost of delivery. We will not refund the cost of a service provided by us that you specifically requested, such as a gift-wrap service or a special delivery service. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused.

Returns

To return a product, email sales@pearsestreethardware.com. Please provide your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details, the product you wish to return and the reason.

Please note that you may be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge our costs of collection to you.

Items should be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.

Hygienic products

We are unable to accept the return of hygienic products unless the manufacturers seal is still intact. This applies to products including Toilet seats, face masks and visors.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your goods, we will issue a refund immediately.

Delivery Info-

For all orders above €30 delivery is free in Dublin region. Any orders less than €30 customer will be charged €4.95.
